Welcome to Chennai Secret Strangers Club ("CSSC", "Club", "we", "our", or "us"). By registering, attending events, purchasing memberships, or using our website, social media pages, booking forms, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms are designed to protect members, guests, organizers, and the community as a whole.
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or above.
Valid government-issued identification may be required for age verification.
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
The Club reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate memberships at its sole discretion.
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
2. Community Purpose
Chennai Secret Strangers Club (CSSC) is a members-only experience and event organization platform that designs, hosts, and manages curated gatherings, themed experiences, workshops, dining events, and social activities for registered members.
The Club's purpose is to create engaging, well-organized, and memorable experiences in a safe and respectful environment.
Membership grants access to eligible events, experiences, and Club activities, subject to applicable event requirements and Club policies.
Membership does not create ownership rights, partnership rights, or any claim over Club assets, properties, or operations.
3. Member Conduct
All members must:
Treat others with dignity and respect.
Obtain clear consent before any physical interaction.
Follow event instructions and venue rules.
Respect personal boundaries and privacy.
Avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, or abusive behavior.
Avoid sharing confidential member information.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Sexual harassment or misconduct.
Non-consensual physical contact.
Recording or photographing members without permission.
Violence, threats, or abusive behavior.
Possession or distribution of illegal substances.
Impersonation or use of false identity documents.
Any activity violating Indian law.
4. Privacy Between Members
Members may meet strangers through Club activities.
By participating, you agree that:
You are responsible for your own personal decisions and interactions.
The Club cannot guarantee compatibility, intentions, or behavior of other members.
Personal information shared voluntarily with another member is done at your own risk.
Members must not publicly disclose another member's identity, photographs, contact information, or personal details without consent.
5. Events & Participation
Event schedules, venues, themes, and activities may change without prior notice.
Entry may be denied to intoxicated, disruptive, or unsafe individuals.
Event organizers may remove any participant whose conduct affects the safety or comfort of others.
Certain events may have dress codes, entry requirements, or member verification procedures.
6. Alcohol & Personal Responsibility
Where alcohol is available:
Members consume alcohol at their own risk.
Members are responsible for arranging safe transportation.
Drunk driving is strictly discouraged.
The Club is not responsible for injuries, accidents, disputes, or losses arising from alcohol consumption.
7. Photography & Media
At certain events:
Official photographs or promotional content may be captured.
The Club may use approved photographs, videos, or testimonials for marketing purposes.
Members may request exclusion from photography by informing organizers before the event.
Members may not photograph, livestream, or record others without their consent.
8. Membership Fees & Refunds
Membership fees, event fees, and registration charges are non-refundable.
Failure to attend an event does not entitle a member to a refund.
The Club reserves the right to revise pricing, membership plans, and benefits at any time.
9. Suspension & Termination
The Club may suspend or permanently terminate membership if a member:
Violates Club policies.
Creates safety concerns.
Engages in harassment or misconduct.
Provides false information.
Damages Club reputation or operations.
Termination may occur without refund where misconduct is involved.
10. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in Club activities is voluntary.
Members acknowledge that:
Social events involve interactions with unknown individuals.
The Club cannot guarantee outcomes of personal relationships, friendships, business opportunities, or social experiences.
The Club shall not be liable for personal disputes, emotional distress, theft, injury, property damage, or losses arising from member interactions.
11. Intellectual Property
All Club branding, logos, graphics, event concepts, membership cards, website content, and promotional materials remain the property of Chennai Secret Strangers Club.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
12. Amendments
The Club may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
